Print UV 2027
The most concentrated gathering of leaders advancing UV, LED UV, special effects, high-value print—and now practical AI—for the next era of the printing business.
Biennial by design. Miss 2027, and the next room is two years away.
Event Rhythm
Arrive Monday and open the conference together that evening. Then two full content days. The rhythm is simple because it works — every hour is either learning or the conversation that makes it stick.
Monday April 19
Arrivals through the day, plus an opt-in afternoon of AI workshops brought to you by Imagine AI Live. The conference then opens to everyone that evening with a conference-wide welcome reception.
Tuesday April 20
A full day of general sessions and exhibits: panels and peer exchange—with sponsors embedded in meals and breaks, not isolated on a show floor.
Wednesday April 21
A second full day of content. The conference concludes at the end of the day—with two years of ideas to take home.
Session-level detail and exact hours will publish with the live 2027 agenda as sessions confirm — nothing lands on this page until it’s real.
Program Preview
Print UV 2027 keeps the technical UV and LED UV core this conference is known for, and organizes the program around three connected pillars.
Curing systems, inks, coatings and substrates. Extended gamut, food-safe packaging, sustainability and productivity—the technical core Print UV is known for, advanced by the people doing the work.
Embellishment, tactile effects, foil and premium packaging. The creative applications that command attention—and the profitable differentiation that makes them worth running.
Leadership, sales, estimating, creative work, automation and production workflows. Practical AI for the work printers do every day—adoption grounded in proof, not promises.
AI is woven through the whole agenda—brought directly into the business and production topics this audience already values, not parked in a side track. Steve Metcalf, Print UV co-founder and a recognized print-industry AI keynote speaker and workshop leader, leads a special hands-on AI learning experience available only within the Print UV environment.
Who's in the Room
Print UV is deliberately concentrated: the people presenting are mostly the people running UV and LED UV production every day, and the people listening run the businesses that depend on it.
The leaders deciding where UV, LED UV, embellishment and AI investment goes next — comparing notes with peers who run the same decisions.
The people who run the presses, the curing systems and the schedules — and who take process answers home on Thursday morning.
Ink, coating, substrate and curing specialists advancing extended gamut, food-safe packaging and the next special effect.
Sponsor experts embedded in the room — at the meals, breaks and receptions, not behind a distant booth.
Meals + Networking
Every meal, break and reception happens in the sponsor arena — so the exchange keeps going between sessions, and suppliers are part of the conversation instead of isolated in a conventional trade-show hall.
The week opens with a conference-wide evening welcome reception on Monday, and the relationship-building runs before, during and after the programmed conference — over breakfasts, chef-attended lunches and evening receptions shared with the people you came to meet.

Program Evolution
Every Print UV is rebuilt around what the industry needs next — on the same proven frame: an evening welcome reception, then two full content days led by working printers and supplier experts.
In 2025 that meant a live LED UV press demonstration at 20,000 sheets per hour, food-safe packaging in UV and LED UV, expanded-gamut color mastery, digital embellishment — and a closing keynote on applying AI to the printing business that pointed directly at where 2027 goes next.
For 2027 the program keeps that technical core and widens it: high-value print and special effects stay center stage, and applied AI is woven through the business and production topics this audience already values.
The 2025 agenda is preserved as proof of what a Print UV program delivers — it is not the 2027 agenda.
