Print UV 2027 takes place April 19–21, 2027 at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. Monday, April 19 is arrival and sponsor setup, closing with a conference-wide evening welcome reception. Tuesday, April 20 and Wednesday, April 21 are full content days combining general sessions, sponsor exhibits, meals and networking.

Print UV is an intimate, peer-to-peer conference — not a trade show. It assembles the best minds in UV, LED UV, special effects and high-value print in a single location, in a relaxed format designed for real conversation. You bring home ideas and knowledge you can implement, plus relationships you'll rely on for years.

Print UV runs on a two-year cycle. The biennial format keeps the program dense with what has genuinely changed since the last gathering — and it means that if you miss 2027, the next opportunity is two years away.

The 2027 program is organized around three connected pillars: UV + LED UV innovation, high-value print + special effects, and applied AI for print. The conference expands beyond UV process education without abandoning its UV foundation — AI concepts are woven into the established agenda subjects attendees already value, from production and color to sales, estimating and leadership.

Yes. Individuals who are interested in the UV printing industry are welcome to register as industry observers, so long as they or their company are not directly selling products to the printing industry.

Historically, Print UV registration has included access to the entire event — general sessions, the sponsor area, networking receptions, and networking meals (breakfast and lunch on both content days). The final 2027 inclusions will be confirmed when registration opens. Registration does not include travel or hotel.

Print UV has traditionally welcomed a travel guest (typically a spouse or significant other) to join registered attendees at the evening receptions. Guest details for 2027 will be published with registration.

At Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, with the conference. A Print UV room block will be available for April 18–23, 2027 at special negotiated rates, offered on a first-come, first-served basis while rooms remain available and subject to availability. Booking instructions will be published when the block opens — see Accommodations. Networking doesn't end when the sessions do, so we strongly encourage all attendees to stay on property.

Yes — you're welcome to book your own room. But the conference lives at the Encore, and some of the most valuable conversations happen after the sessions end, so we strongly encourage all attendees to stay on property and take advantage of the Print UV room block when it opens.

Yes. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early or extend their stay to take full advantage of the concentration of print and technology leaders gathering in Las Vegas. Group-rate extensions are subject to availability and resort occupancy at the time of request; we'll do our best to accommodate you.
